July has been a fantastic month of giving back here at Charnwood Brewery. We were proud to support two of our longest-standing charity partners — Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People and Robbie’s Rugby & Football Festival— as they each held incredible fundraising events.

Robbie’s Rugby & Football Festival: Cheers to Nearly 10 Years of Support

We’re thrilled to have supported Robbie’s Rugby & Football Festival for nearly a decade now. This much-loved event raises funds for the Robbie Anderson Cancer Trust, which this year focused efforts on providing Ward 27 with ice lollies and vital vein finders — simple comforts that make a world of difference.

This year’s festival raised an incredible £11,000, and we couldn’t be prouder to have played a part. Charnwood Brewery sponsored the pitch posts and provided event signage, while each competing team was rewarded with one of our Mini Kegs — the perfect pint to cap off a scorching summer day.

Rainbows’ It’s a Knockout: Fun, Foam, and Fundraising

Earlier this month, we also had the pleasure of supporting Rainbows Hospice’s ‘It’s a Knockout’ — a brilliant day filled with inflatable obstacle courses, water challenges, and teams battling it out for fun and a great cause.

We supplied a range of our Cask and Keg beers, expertly served at the beer tent by our own Sarah — and you drank us dry! Rainbows Hospice continues to do incredible work supporting babies, children, and young people with life-limiting conditions, helping them and their families create precious memories together.

Our partnership with Rainbows spans over 10 years, and we’re proud to continue supporting them with our specially brewed beers: Rainbow Fox (available now) and Over the Rainbow (coming this autumn). A portion of proceeds from every pint sold goes directly to this incredible charity.
